Bachelor’s degree PMP certification preferred Minimum 10+ years of experience Oil and gas experience would be a plus Ability to interface with business execs/senior SME’s Have experience with formal PM/Development methodologies Have used PM tools (preferably a PPM tool)Have Resource management experience. Be willing to travel
Skills:
Must have managed multiple technology projects simultaneously. Have experience with project governance. Have experience mentoring a team and business users on delivery process. Ability to help scope projects and develop plans for delivering that scope Demonstrated ability to develop project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and standard project management status activities that resulted in their specific projects completing within the agreed scope, on time and within the approved budget. Must have worked directly with IT staff and business units to prioritize tasks and assignments on projects provides accurate and timely status reporting and oversee project management metrics demonstrate skills in resource management and show how they ensured that the correct resources are assigned to the projects to meet project goals and be able to teach skills in Planning and scheduling Communication Management of project resources meeting facilitation Issue management and escalation Change management status reporting (team and management) Development methodologies Deep understanding of requirements, development, and testing.
