All Tenaya Lodge Rooms At Discounted Rate Are Sold Out for 3/16 - 3/19
We are no longer able to offer room reservations at the Tenaya Lodge at the $155/night rate for Thu-Sat, 3/16-18. To be placed on a waiting list if Summit participant cancellations occur, please email r7_summit_reg_coordinator@pmi-ccvc.org.
Rooms at regular lodge rates are currently still available. You can make your reservation by using the online Tenaya Lodging page by clicking here or calling (800) 635-5807, Option #1
It is very important you understand the following reservation policies prior to making your reservation:
- All individual rooms must be canceled 7 days or more prior to arrival for you to receive a full refund.
- All reductions to your length of stay must be received 48 hours or more prior to arrival. If a reduction in room nights is made after 48 hours of arrival, you will be required to pay for the full original length of stay.
- All early departures, no-shows, and late arrivals will be charged the contracted nightly rate for each night you do not occupy the reserved room.
- The check-in time is 4:00 PM and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
