Remote Chapter Meeting - Project Management and Pandemic Preparedness

While Kern Health Systems was prepared for a pandemic, the management and oversight during a declared disaster was not something that we expected.  The presentation outlines our constant approach of Plan, Do, Check, Act; the Corporate Projects that our PMO led for us to prepare;  how we reacted to the unexpected during the pandemic; and how we continue to improve with our project led by our PMO during the pandemic.
