How to Save an At-Risk Project

Jordan "J.T." Moomau is an established Project Management professional with specific experience in IT Infrastructure and Structured Cabling for Education and Government organizations. In addition to 10 years of experience in project management, J.T. has specialized experience in PMO Management, Process development/improvement, and resource management.

J.T holds a bachelor's in business management from Western Governors University and is a Master of Management Student at Western Governors University. He holds several professional certifications, including the PMP, Certified Scrum Master, BICSI Registered Telco Project Manager, and Cisco's Customer Success Manager Specialist.

J.T. is currently the PMO Manager for AMS.NET, one of the top Cisco SLED partners in California. In this role, he oversees all Project Management activities and the Customer Experience Team. He has worked at AMS.NET for over 15 years in various Sales, Technical, and Operations roles.
