PMI CCVC Leadership Training/Planning meeting

Time:  9am-1pm?

Suggested Audience:  Any chapter member interested in a leadership position

Theme:  This meeting is intended to bring the chapter leadership team together and solidify that we are a connected group.  That connectedness is in the Mission, vision, values and social convent that we need to hold each other accountable too.  This is also a great time in included the newly elected chapter officers.  Infuse them into the leadership principles of our chapter.  The intent is also to have the VP’s focus on leading their groups and developing a relationship with their team members.  As a result, the board meeting should only be a report in each month on how the groups are proceeding with the plans and how other groups can support that effort.
