Todd Yepez is a true Bakersfield native; born in Oildade, graduated from North High School and has earned a Business Management Bachelors and MBA from CSUB. Todd also has Certifications in HR from HRCI and SHRM. He started his 30-year career in HR unexpected and has been at PCL for 16 of those years.
Todd is a recent widower and father of four teenagers, three of which are still homeschooled. He enjoys process improvement and thinks good processes are key to success.
